Veterinary Receptionist/ Client Care Advisor - Chesterfield At Chesterfield Vets for Pets, we believe our reception team is the heart of the practice.

We're looking for someone who is warm, organised, professional and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Someone who can make every client feel welcome, remain calm during busy periods and become an important part of our close-knit team.
About the role
This is a full-time front-of-house position where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include
- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, friendly welcome
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Booking appointments and managing the appointment diary
- Taking payments
- Supporting the smooth running of reception
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and welcoming
- Delivering outstanding customer service every day
This is a front-of-house reception role. You'll be the face of the practice and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client.
What we're looking for
Previous reception or customer service experience is essential. Veterinary experience is welcome but isn't essential-we can teach you that.
