What your day will look like
- Provide outstanding service to clients while ensuring the best care for their pets, acting as the vital link between clients and the clinical team.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Ensure every client leaves the practice satisfied, confident they've received exceptional care, and looking forward to their next visit.
- Greet clients warmly, offer guidance and support, and manage payments and future bookings with confidence.
- Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice routines using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.
Role details
- Both full or part time hours available
- Shifts between 9am-7pm with a 1-in-4 weekend rota
- Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
