To support this, we're looking for talented and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructors who can bring energy, expertise and community into every class they teach.
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll deliver high-quality sessions that motivate members to move well, feel stronger and enjoy being part of the Virgin Active group exercise community.
The Role- Deliver safe, engaging and technically strong Reformer Pilates classes
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all abilities
- Drive strong class occupancy and positive member feedback scores
- Ensure all participants exercise safely and confidently during sessions
- Work closely with the club team and stay aligned with class policies and procedures
- Contribute to building a vibrant and loyal group exercise community
- Actively seek feedback and continuously develop your teaching practice
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification
- Be willing to complete Virgin Active's Reformer Pilates training programme if you do not already hold an externally accredited Reformer qualification
- Full course required for instructors with no prior Reformer experience
- Conversion workshop available for those with recognised accredited Reformer training
- Please note: in-house qualifications from other operators that are not externally accredited cannot be accepted
- Be confident coaching and motivating members in a group environment
- Hold public liability insurance of at least £2 million
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be passionate about helping people move better and feel their best
- Thrive on feedback and continuous improvement
