Role: Chef de PartieRemuneration: 17.20 per hour- inclusive of minimum tronc. Working hours: Minimum Contracted Hrs – 30hrs per weekThe CDP who has a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will be an individual who will have a background in a supervisory role, with experience working in a commercial kitchen and a focus on creating memorable moments through food.The CDP will report to the Head Chef and the Junior Sous Chef on a property level and will support in making sure that the kitchen operation is running smoothly, is fully compliant with all rules and regulations, as well as meeting all targets, including financial goals, team member performances and resident/member satisfaction.
