We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in making things run smoothly while constantly looking for better, smarter and more sustainable ways of working.
What you'll be doing
- You'll be at the heart of our creative operations, supporting both day-to-day activity and big-picture improvements:
- Owning the Sample Journey (your main focus!)
- Manage the full lifecycle of product samples - from request through to shoot and return
- Be hands-on in making sure everything gets where it needs to be, on time and in great condition
- Track usage and champion a zero-waste mindset, reducing unnecessary spend and promoting sustainable practices
- Continuously look for smarter ways to improve processes, reduce bottlenecks and minimise waste
- Collaborate with teams across Commercial, Campaigns and Legal to evolve how we manage samples
Supporting Creative & Studio Teams
- Help manage purchase orders and keep finances running smoothly and transparently
- Support e-commerce shoots and general studio admin - no two days will be the same
- Keep track of props and ensure everything is organised, efficient and accessible
- Use creative thinking and initiative to solve problems and improve ways of working
- Stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities with a flexible, positive mindset
Driving Innovation
- Stay curious about new creative tools and technologies (including AI)
- Support testing and experimentation to help us work faster, smarter and more sustainably
Working across teams
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Commercial, E-commerce and Finance teams
- Communicate clearly and positively, even in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, helping teams stay aligned and focused
We're looking for someone who brings energy, resilience and a proactive mindset:
You'll need:
- Experience in a production, sampling, merchandising or similar fast-paced environment (retail/FMCG is a bonus)
- Strong organisational skills and a love of multitasking and staying on top of busy workloads
- A can-do attitude with the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Confidence in managing budgets, POs and financial processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- Experience using workflow tools (such as Monday.com)
Nice to have:
- Interest or experience in AI or creative technology
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce or (even better!) the pet world
Why join us?
- Be part of a creative, collaborative and growing team
- Make a real impact by improving how we work and reducing waste
- Work in an environment where your ideas, energy and initiative truly matter
- Enjoy a role where you can be hands-on, think creatively and make things better every day
- And of course... be surrounded by a business that's all about pets
