We currently have an opportunity for Casual Hospitality Managers to join our amazing team at Preston North End Football Club. Deepdale is a prestigious footballing venue, home to Preston North End and steeped in history. The Lilywhites' home ground holds the privileged title of being the oldest professional footballing site in the world in continuous use. Whilst many sides have shifted about from spot to spot in their short or long term history, Preston North End have remained loyal to the piece of turf in PR1, making it their home since 21st January 1875 when the club's members first took out a lease on the plot of land. In 2004, the famous 'The Splash' statue was built to honour Sir Tom Finney, the club's most famous former player, which now sits proudly outside of 'The Gentry Bar', PNE's new fan zone.

- Must be able to handle Alcoholic beverages
- Β£17 per hour
- Casual hours working Matchday and Non Matchdays events
Main Responsibilities
- To attend pre-match managers briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
- To monitor staff working practices to ensure they are working efficiently and productively, adhering to company working practices, with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff.
- To liaise with the kitchen team, ensuring all food products are serviced in line with timings specified.
- Working in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
- Ensuring that both bar and floor staff are attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests.
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Actively upselling products and maximising revenue capture.
