Veterinary Receptionist - Burgess Hill Vets for Pets Burgess Hill is looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist!
Our friendly veterinary practice in Burgess Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist to join the team.
We are planning to have three people front of house at all times, so there will be plenty of help and support on hand if you need it!
You will be someone who enjoys going that extra mile to provide the best care for your clients and their pets.
Vital for this role are a friendly and calm manner, flexibility within the working pattern and being organised and efficient.
Your working day will be varied, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet, to sharing in the joy of a new puppy's first visit to the vet.
Computer skills are required for the role but full training of our IT system will be provided by our supportive team.
You do not need to have previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist just great communication skills, a bubbly personality and a willingness to learn.
The position would involve booking appointments, taking payments as well as keeping the reception area clean and welcoming.
This role would be based on working part time with a mixture of morning and evening shifts during the week.
We would need the candidate to be able to work three weekend shifts over the month (which would be one Saturday 9-6, one Sunday 10-4 plus one other weekend shift).
We can be flexible for the right candidate creating a role based on between 10-30 hours per week.
