Salary: 35,000 per annum (OTE 39,234 per annum including tronc)
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
As Maintenance Manager you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non-essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the property being the priority.
You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example. Experience in a similar role is essential, along with any relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety. A hands-on attitude is a must as our hotels are open 365 days a year.
