Assistant Restaurant Manager - Brockenhurst, Hampshire

Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days, including any paid overtime. Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community.

You will be responsible for 'Bringing it together' by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Therefore, good communication and people management skills are a must.

You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
