What you'll be doing
As a Client Care Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice and an important link between our clients and clinical team.
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client and their pet receives a warm, professional welcome.
- Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
- Ensuring every client leaves feeling valued, well-informed, and confident in the care their pet has received.
- Greeting clients, processing payments, and managing future appointments with confidence.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by using our online booking system and other administrative tools, so good computer skills are essential.
- Keeping the reception area organised, tidy and inviting.
This is a part-time position, working up to 30 hours per week, including Saturdays.
The role requires flexibility to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness when needed.
The starting salary is 12.71 per hour.
