You'll be a sociable and friendly Head Chef who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced restaurant. You'll look for the good and always do the right thing, while overseeing all aspects of your kitchen's operations. You will lead your kitchen team to produce exquisite dishes and provide an excellent guest experience.
