We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Publican Partners & Craft Union team at Stonegate Group. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving and supporting lead generation initiatives for Stonegate Group Pub Partners and Craft Union Operators. This position encompasses more than posting opportunities to relevant channels and managing recruitment media campaigns; it is integral in developing, defining, and communicating the company's brands by highlighting and promoting our unique value propositions that distinguish us as the preferred choice for aspiring pub operators.
In this role, you will produce engaging content on pub opportunities for our website, ensuring information is distinctive and optimised for SEO. You will design, implement, and oversee recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates, analyse and report on campaign performance, and work collaboratively with the Recruitment team and Regional Managers to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting compelling content for social media
- Creating innovative marketing toolkits
- Managing an events and campaigns calendar
- Leveraging Google Analytics to measure return on investment
- Executing e-marketing campaigns
- Building robust talent pipelines
- Facilitating seamless candidate transitions
- Determining the most effective channels and tactics for reaching target audiences
As a brand ambassador, attendance at industry events, monthly reporting on key metrics, recommending enhancements to the candidate experience, and staying current with industry and social media trends will also be essential. Outstanding copywriting abilities and a passion for employer branding are required.
Preferably degree-level education or a background in Recruitment or Marketing. Previous working experience preferably in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising. Experience in managing multiple projects of varying degrees of priority with deadline constraints and excellent attention to detail. Ideally have experience using an applicant tracking system or a marketing automation platform. Demonstrated digital experience (social media management, e-CRM, email build, content creation). Campaign monitoring and analytics experience. Creative and innovative thinker. Advanced Excel skills - confident using formulas, vlookup and pivot tables. Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing software.
