A Team Member involves:
- Meeting, greeting, and assisting guests to get on lanes and bowl
- Charging an admission fee
- Assisting players in general
- Bar catering
- Hosting children's parties
- Working throughout the centre
Key Responsibilities:
- To greet Guests in a pleasant and courteous manner
- To operate tills and computer systems to the standards required
- To identify customer needs and promote guest recognition at all times
- To ensure that the site is clean and tidy at all times
- To work in any department required (age depending)
