Your focus is to be the very first person to offer a warm and friendly welcome to all members and guests, whether they are walking through the doors or calling up. You will ensure the efficient operation of the Leisure Reception Desk, take bookings, resolve queries, and get to know our customers so they always leave looking forward to their next visit.

As our Leisure Receptionist, you are the face of the club. We trust you to handle:
- The Ultimate Welcome: Delivering a warm, friendly greeting on arrival and ensuring expectations are met at every single opportunity.
- Smooth Operations: Running the desk efficiently, recording all booking details accurately, and ensuring only bona fide members and guests gain entry to the club.
- Immaculate Standards: Keeping the reception area clean and ready to welcome people, while maintaining impeccable personal presentation at all times.
- Knowing Your Stuff: Mastering your product knowledge across the whole hotel, assisting with special promotions, and offering great advice on our facilities and opening times.
- Safe & Secure: Adhering fully to cash handling, security, and emergency procedures, alongside all Health and Safety obligations and Licensing Laws.
