A well-established retail business is seeking a Chef de Partie for a permanent position near Crawley (RH10). This role offers a 38-hour contract with day shifts only and a salary of circa £27,000 - £29,500 plus benefits.
The award-winning multi-purpose retail outlet has several venues across the South of England, each featuring a large, high-volume on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide breakfast and lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Sundays. The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am, followed by an array of hot food served counter-style, including fresh pizzas, home-cooked pies, and an on-site carvery.
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, energetic, and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous catering, patisserie, and high-volume production experience is preferred.
