Jubilee Pool Penzance, a community-owned seafront pool, seeks a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage lifeguards, reception, cafe staff and volunteers, coordinating responses to incidents while upholding high health and safety standards.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with pension and benefits in a stunning Cornish location.

A positive, proactive leader with NPLQ and two years’ lifeguard experience is ideal.
