We are looking for a dynamic, commercial, and experienced General Manager in the heart of London City for the most successful boutique gym brand with a unique fitness proposition.

As General Manager you will be hands-on, engage with members and have a close understanding of all areas of the business, especially sales, finance and retention. You will lead a management team—including sales, fitness, operations and reception—to exceed expectations for members and the business.

With more club openings, this is an exciting time to join the brand if you are looking to develop and challenge yourself further.

Basic salary is negotiable depending on experience and the bonus structure is market-leading, with bonuses of £30,000+ for high achievers.
