I am looking for a Contract Fitness Manager to work for a market leading leisure operator at one of their highest profile leisure contracts in Sheffield. You will be based in their flagship facility which has over 5,000 members, a brand-new refurbished fitness suite, 3 group exercise studios delivering over 100 plus group classes per week, 2 swimming pools and a multiuse sports hall.
As Contract Fitness Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the fitness teams achieve their goals through the consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and inspiring gym floor interaction.
- Actively and consistently promoting the company's vision and values, being a role model to encourage a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers.
- Implementing a clear fitness strategy to improve sales and retention, setting key targets for the teams to deliver and achieve.
Who we are looking for:
You are an inspirational Fitness/Club Manager capable of running a flagship site whilst influencing and collaborating with the other Fitness Managers in the region to bring the fitness products alive. You lead by example positively influencing teams to perform above their potential. You hold a minimum Level 3 qualification and are comfortable delivering a premium fitness experience to large groups. You will be commercially minded and have been responsible for significant fitness revenues in excess of £1m. The combined fitness revenues for this region exceed £6m.
Working hours will cover a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts with some travel required between sites.
