Leisure People is seeking a Senior HRBP to support seven Central London venues, working closely with the Operations Director and GMs. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery across a fast-paced leisure business employing around 1,000 colleagues.
You will report to the Head of HR and join a team of HR professionals. The role is based mostly in Central London venues (4 days per week) with one day from home, and includes a car allowance and bonus potential.
