We're hiring a hands-on Regional Manager to lead a number of family entertainment centres across the Midlands and South of England. You will be working for a sector-leading operator and be responsible for a multi-million-pound turnover and EBITDA. This is a senior, field-based role where you'll drive commercial performance, operational excellence, safety, and guest experience, while developing and supporting the General Managers and their leadership teams at each venue. An ideal base location would be between South Birmingham and North on the M25.
- Own regional performance across revenue, labour efficiency, and KPIs
- Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management
- Champion company values, engagement, and accountability
- Ensure safe, compliant, brand-aligned operations
- Drive sales across admissions, food and beverage, and parties
- Use data and insight to improve performance and guest experience
- Act as senior escalation point and link between sites and Head Office
- Visit parks weekly, including working one weekend in two
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Proven multi-site experience in a branded leisure or hospitality business
- Strong understanding of running an in-house catering operation
- Commercial, analytical, and people-focused

In addition to a basic salary of up to 65K, there is a 5K car allowance or electric car, and the genuine opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 10K. Holidays are 5 weeks plus bank holidays.
