A leading leisure brand is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of multi-site venues in the Midlands and around the M25 and drive commercial success, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experiences. Reporting into the Head of Operations, this is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape regional strategy, manage P&L performance, develop high-performing management teams, and support the opening of new venues.

As Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • End-to-end performance of multi-site venues across your region
  • Driving revenue growth, efficiencies, and KPI performance
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing venue managers and their teams
  • Full financial control, including budgets and profitability
  • Maintaining exceptional operational standards and a premium customer journey
  • Workforce planning, compliance, and risk management
  • Collaborating with Learning & Development to raise quality and capability
  • Using insight and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Reporting performance and strategic insight to senior leadership

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience (leisure, fitness, childcare, education or similar)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing KPIs and budgets
  • A collaborative, motivating leadership style with the ability to coach and influence
  • Excellent organisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to high-quality, customer-focused delivery
  • Confidence working remotely and travelling regularly
  • A full UK driving licence

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 55K, there is a performance related bonus paid quarterly plus a car allowance. Given the location of the centres an ideal base location would be in Northants, Beds, Bucks or Herts or adjacent areas.
