You will lead 5 senior managers and 80 staff to welcome up to 3,500 visitors daily, driving multi-million-pound turnover with a significant F&B operation.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years GM experience in high-footfall leisure or hospitality, with a strong focus on recruitment, safety, and stakeholder partnerships.
