A well‐established and high‐profile leisure centre with a large well equipped modern gym, 25 pool and teaching pool, dedicated group exercise studios and sports halls in Southwark is looking for a sales manager to join their team. It offers an exceptional opportunity to come in and drive the current 3000 direct debit membership and 1200 participants on the learn to swim programme forward. A multi‐million‐pound investment is planned, creating a substantial opportunity to drive meaningful community impact, rebuild and grow the membership base on the back of this investment and major regeneration within the local area.

- Immerse yourself in the local community, build relationships, network effectively and drive change.

- Bring fresh energy, challenge the status quo and lead from the front.
- Proactively develop and build both corporate and community partnerships.
- Coach and train the membership advisor and front of house teams.

- Work closely with the Central Team in delivering marketing campaigns and promotions.

In addition to a competitive salary of £42,912 - £49,155 dependent on experience, the position offers an exceptional range of benefits including 29 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, access to the local government pension scheme, ongoing professional development opportunities, interest‐free season ticket loans and cycle‐to‐work scheme and family friendly employment policies. It is a 36 hr/week contract, you will typically be working Monday to Friday (9‐5/10‐6/11‐7) with a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Interviews are immediately available.
