We are looking for a Head of Sales to oversee sales strategy and sales performance for two luxury health and fitness clubs in Central London. Reporting into the MD, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a premium fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across residential memberships and corporate accounts for both clubs.
  • Lead, coach and performance manage a team of Sales Consultants, driving a high-performance sales culture.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate wellness partnerships and external business opportunities.
  • Track, analyse and report on key sales KPIs including conversion rates, revenue performance and retention metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless lead generation and member onboarding journey.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, events, premium services and upselling initiatives.

The ideal candidate

  • Polished well presented individual with outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven membership sales experience within a premium fitness, leisure, hospitality or private member club environment.
  • Strong experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams as a sales manager, membership manager or club manager.
  • Experience proactively targeting residential and corporate markets.
  • Commercially astute with confidence analysing sales data, forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both corporate clients and individual members.
  • CRM proficient, ideally with experience using HubSpot or similar sales management platforms.
  • Live within easy commute of Central London.
