We are looking for an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager at one of London's most premium fitness club environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will get exposure to supporting all areas of the business with a view to progressing into Operations Manager in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operation, ensuring exceptional service standards for all members and guests.
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the FOH team, including rota management, coaching and performance support.
  • Drive commercial performance across food & drink retail and merchandise sales through proactive leadership and upselling initiatives.
  • Act as Duty Manager during shifts, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the club and handling escalated member issues.
  • Oversee reception administration including bookings, memberships, payments, enquiries and member account management.
  • Maintain high operational standards across the front desk, coordinating with cleaning teams, contractors and internal departments where required.

Person Specification

  • Highly presentable with outstanding communication, organisational and customer service skills.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a premium hospitality, fitness, leisure or hotel environment ideally as a reception Manager or Front of House manager.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience achieving or exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Flexible to work a mixture of shifts including early (6am start), late (9pm finish) and one weekend a month working 8am-4pm.
  • Passionate about health and fitness.
