WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You’re more than just a therapist-you’re a wellness wizard, a relaxation expert, and a warm, welcoming presence from the moment a guest walks in. You’ll be:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Massage, Beauty, or Holistic Therapy
- Experienced in luxury spa environments
- Polished and professional, with a friendly, approachable nature
- A team player with natural empathy, initiative, and excellent communication skills
- Passionate about your craft, constantly seeking to grow and develop
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This isn’t just about massages and facials (though you’ll do those brilliantly). It’s about creating unforgettable spa experiences that leave guests floating out the door. You’ll:
- Deliver exceptional treatments and consultations with care and attention
- Host guests and members, making them feel instantly at home
- Maintain a serene, spotless, and fully stocked treatment environment
- Ensure every spa visitor enjoys the full range of luxurious facilities
- Support the Head Therapist with training, inductions, and daily operations
- Help with PR events, open evenings, and promotional activities

- Adhere to all health and safety, COSHH, and data protection policies
- Log incidents or equipment issues properly and promptly
