We are looking for a General Manager to take forward one of the most luxurious private members health and fitness clubs in London. With the company growing, this is a fantastic development opportunity to move into multi-site management in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver above and beyond with every customer interaction.
  • Instil a culture of service excellence and drive for results across all departments.
  • Work closely with the Membership department to grow membership.
  • Full financial accountability.
  • Ensure the club is always immaculate, safe and in perfect working order at all times.
  • Support the directors with the development of the overall business.

Person Specification:

  • Immaculately presented, highly personable and professional with outstanding communication skills.
  • Hands‑on approach to leadership, ownership mentality and entrepreneurial flair.
  • Experience as a General Manager, Club Manager or Club Director within the London luxury/5‑star health and fitness market.
  • Experience growing membership in the luxury end of the market.
  • An advocate of living an active healthy lifestyle.
  • Able to reliably commute into central London each working day.
