The Role

As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the performance of a busy, high-footfall venue, leading from the front to deliver outstanding operational standards, commercial results, and exceptional guest experiences.

You'll inspire and develop a large team, create a positive and engaging culture, and ensure every customer leaves having had a fantastic experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate:

  • At least five years' experience as a hands-on General Manager within a fast-paced leisure, hospitality or retail business with turnover exceeding £2 million.
  • A proven track record of driving sales, profitability and operational performance.
  • Experience managing a business with a significant hospitality or food & beverage operation.
  • A passion for developing people, with experience leading, coaching and inspiring teams of around 40 colleagues.
  • Positive, energetic and compassionate leadership that creates an engaged, high-performing culture.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including extensive P&L ownership and budget management.
  • A relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding guest satisfaction and NPS scores.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including three weekends out of every four.
