Leisure People is seeking a Fitness Manager for a leading Farnborough leisure centre. You will lead a team of 5 fitness coaches, delivering an exceptional member experience on the gym floor and optimising inductions, programs, rebooks and tasters.
The role requires coaching and developing the team to meet daily targets, while promoting PT services and collaborating with the GM. Shifts include some weekends; £34K basic with OTE £40K and potential £500/month from PT work.
