An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the team at one of the most iconic golf courses in Scotland. As Commercial Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of all commercial activity across the Golf Reservations, Merchandise and Marketing departments ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market visibility and an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee the sales pipeline, drive new business, oversee the brand and digital presence, and maximise profitability across all retail and shop operations. You will be a visible and credible ambassador for the business, building powerful relationships with stakeholders at local, regional, national and international levels.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven commercial leadership experience in leisure, hospitality, tourism or related industries.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of generating and converting revenue opportunities.
  • People Management Experience.
  • Experience overseeing marketing and/or digital functions.
  • Financially literate with strong analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to world-leading service standards.
