Leisure People is seeking a General Manager for our Aberdare site in South Wales. The role oversees a £2m+ operation with a large team, driving admissions, revenue and customer experience. A hands-on leader will manage operations, safety, and profitability across corporate, group and direct bookings.
Salary includes up to £60k basic with potential to earn up to £75k OTE, plus benefits. Typically a 40-hour week with 3 weekends out of 4; travel within a 45-minute radius to Aberdare is expected.
