We are looking for a Hospitality Events Sales Manager for a superb premium golf club and events venue, set in the beautiful Kent countryside.
The club has three great functions and events spaces for 10 up to 220-delegates and is a popular venue for private parties, wakes and weddings as well as golf related events and society days.
The post will continue to promote private hospitality events and look to increase corporate events business with meetings, functions, conferences and team building days through localised outreach and networking to the local business community.
The club is part of a larger group who are going through an exciting period of transformation under new leadership, so it is an exciting time to be joining them.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all incoming enquiries, building a rapport with customers throughout the sales process through to booking.
- Build strong relationships with clients, corporate businesses and event planners.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking events and doing outreach in the local area.
- Work closely with the hospitality operations team to align events with client expectations.
- The Ideal candidate
- Highly personable, organised, self-starter driven by targets.
- Proven track record in hospitality event sales preferably within a hotel, events venue or hospitality venue.
- Has worked proactively to generate new leads ideally to local businesses.
- Lives within commuting distance of the Sevenoaks district of Kent and has their own transport for easy access.
