p /p p /p p b Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician up to £35,000 /b /p p b Location: /b Swindon / M4 Corridor br b Job Type: /b Full-Time, Permanent /p p b About the Role /b /p p We are looking for an experienced and reliable b Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician /b to join our growing team, covering Swindon and the M4 corridor. This is a field-based role involving the servicing, maintenance, repair, of commercial and residential swimming pool equipment. /p p The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the swimming pool industry, be customer-focused, and be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. /p p b Key Responsibilities /b /p ul li Carry out routine swimming pool servicing and preventative maintenance /li li Test and balance pool water chemistry /li li Diagnose and repair faults on pool plant equipment, including pumps, filters, dosing systems, heaters, and UV systems /li li Install and commission new pool equipment where required /li li Perform plant room inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently /li li Complete service reports and maintain accurate records /li li Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients /li li Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current health and safety regulations /li li Travel to customer sites throughout Swindon and the M4 corridor /li /ul p b Essential Requirements /b /p ul li Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician or similar role /li li Excellent knowledge of swimming pool plant equipment and water treatment. /li li Experience in fault finding and equipment repairs /li li Full UK driving licence /li li Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently /li li Good communication and customer service skills /li li Ability to manage workload effectively and work to a high standard /li /ul p b /b /p p b Desirable Qualifications /b /p ul li Swimming Pool Water Treatment qualifications (e.g. STA, ISPE or equivalent) /li li Electrical or plumbing experience /li li Experience working on commercial swimming pools /li li Knowledge of automated chemical dosing systems /li /ul p b What We Offer /b /p ul li Competitive salary (dependent on experience) /li li Company vehicle /li li Company mobile phone and tools /li li Uniform /li li Monday to Friday role /li li Paid holiday (not to be taken in April or May) /li li Opportunity to join a friendly, growing business with long-term career prospects /li /ul p If you have the experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to delivering excellent service, wed love to hear from you. /p
