I am looking for a general manager to work for a premium health and fitness operator in Surrey. As General Manager, you will be responsible for several thousand members and a multimillion-pound turnover across a large sporting and leisure complex.

We are very keen to talk to high achieving leaders working at the premium end of the health and fitness industry, in either a multi-site or from a large multi-purpose club or leisure centre. You will need to:

  • Be unrelenting in driving operational standards, health and safety and brand standards.
  • Demonstrate your commercial skills in positively influencing a sales focused business through achieving great financial results.
  • Have the leadership qualities to consistently engage, influence, coach and direct your team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Be highly visible within the business with both your team and your members.
  • Have the presence, personality and drive to make a difference in every facet of the operation.

All applicants must have a genuine passion and interest for a healthy lifestyle, be prepared to work a flexible working pattern around the needs of the business which will include duty management shifts and one weekend in two.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of up to 60K, there is a genuine opportunity to earn a significant bonus of up to 25% of the basic salary. Interviews are immediately available.
