Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a high-quality and relaxing experience for all guests
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Deliver a range of spa treatments when required, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care
  • Manage stock, budgets, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in team leadership and staff development
  • Ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with clients and colleagues
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of premium skincare products and treatments
