Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager- Sports Leisure Fitness Remote- travelling from Mansfield to Loughborough Up to £58,000 +car + benefits + development We are looking for a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the building services and energy consumption of a diverse range multifaceted Sports, Leisure and Fitness centres across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

Key

Responsibilities: Recruit, coach and support a small team of technical managers, onsite and mobile maintenance technicians, and ground keeping teams.

Support asset management, including planned and reactive maintenance, budgets and lifecycle planning.

Ensure statutory and contract compliance across the portfolio of sports and leisure facilities.

Provide technical guidance on HVAC, building management systems (BMS) and electro-mechanical plant.

Lead effective energy management, using data analysis to reduce consumption and carbon without compromising customer experience.

Support capital projects, new site openings and the management of subcontractors and consultants.

Produce clear reporting and insights on performance, risks and improvement opportunities.

Typically working Monday- to Friday but available outside of these hours in the event of an emergency.

The

Person: Facilities/building services/ technical/engineering/ maintenance management experience in high-volume customer service orientated facilities like health and fitness, leisure, healthcare, hotels or hospitality.

Working understanding of HVAC systems, BMS control strategies and energy audits.

Ideally multi-site leadership and stakeholder management experience possibly as an Area Manager, Regional manager or Contract Manager Ideally experience supporting or delivering ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.

Pool Plant operator/ swimming pool/spa experience is highly desirable, but training could be provided if otherwise very capable.

Has a UK driving licence and ideally living in or around Nottingham or Derby for easy access to the venues.
