We are looking for a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the building services and energy consumption of a diverse range of multifaceted Sports, Leisure and Fitness centres across Nottinghamshire and North Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, coach and support a small team of technical managers, onsite and mobile maintenance technicians, and ground keeping teams.
- Support asset management, including planned and reactive maintenance, budgets and lifecycle planning.
- Ensure statutory and contract compliance across the portfolio of sports and leisure facilities.
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC, building management systems (BMS) and electro-mechanical plant.
- Lead effective energy management, using data analysis to reduce consumption and carbon without compromising customer experience.
- Support capital projects, new site openings and the management of subcontractors and consultants.
- Produce clear reporting and insights on performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
Typically working Monday to Friday but available outside of these hours in the event of an emergency.
The Person:- Facilities/building services/technical/engineering/maintenance management experience in high-volume customer service orientated facilities like health and fitness, leisure, healthcare, hotels or hospitality.
- Working understanding of HVAC systems, BMS control strategies and energy audits.
- Ideally multi-site leadership and stakeholder management experience possibly as an Area Manager, Regional manager or Contract Manager.
- Ideally experience supporting or delivering ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
- Pool Plant operator/swimming pool/spa experience is highly desirable, but training could be provided if otherwise very capable.
- Has a UK driving licence and living in or around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or Leicestershire.
