How to prepare for a job interview at Leisure People Recruitment

Know the Club Inside Out

Before your interview, make sure you research the tennis and sports club thoroughly. Understand their values, member engagement strategies, and any recent events they've hosted. This will not only show your genuine interest but also help you tailor your answers to align with their goals.

Showcase Your Hospitality Skills

Prepare specific examples from your past experiences that highlight your leadership in hospitality. Discuss how you've successfully managed teams, improved service standards, or enhanced member experiences. Use metrics if possible to demonstrate your impact.

Engage with the Interviewers

Demonstrate Your Flexibility

Since the role requires working various shifts, be prepared to discuss your availability and willingness to adapt. Share examples of how you've successfully managed busy periods in the past, especially during peak times, to reassure them of your capability to handle the demands of the job.
