As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional face and body treatments in line with established treatment protocols, following comprehensive in-house training. You will also provide a range of holistic therapies, including hot stone massage, chakra balancing, and crystal healing, ensuring each treatment is tailored to individual needs while delivering a luxurious and results-driven experience. Main Responsibilities
- Treatment Delivery & Technical Expertise
- Perform face and body treatments to the required brand and service standards following full training.
- Tailor treatments to individual guest needs while maintaining consistency and treatment integrity.

Person Specification
- Recognised Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' spa experience.
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent (e.g. ITEC, BTEC, CIDESCO).
- Facial qualification (e.g. VTCT Level 2 Award in Facial Massage and Skin Care, ITEC Level 3 in Facials, or equivalent).
- Lymphatic Drainage qualification or Level 3 qualification in Full Body Massage or Sports Massage (ITEC, VTCT, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent).
- Desirable: Nail Technician qualification.
- Desirable: Qualifications in waxing, eyebrow treatments, and lash lift treatments.
