The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the centre.

You'll inspire your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and help drive commercial success while ensuring the venue operates safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example and make a real impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer experiences so every guest has a fantastic visit.

Coaching, motivating and developing your team to perform at their very best.

Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre.

Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.

Driving sales through upselling food, beverages, activities and party packages.

Supporting financial performance through stock control, banking and operational efficiencies.

Acting as the Manager on Duty across a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

About You You'll be someone who loves working with people, enjoys leading from the front and has the drive to build a successful career within a growing business.

You'll ideally have: A positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach.

Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment such as leisure, hospitality, fitness, entertainment, visitor attractions, restaurants, bars or retail.

At least one year's experience managing people and operating as a key holder.

Experience in a role such as Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Shift Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Store Manager or similar.

Commercial awareness with confidence in driving sales and promoting new business opportunities.

Flexibility to work a varied rota, including at least one late evening each week and up to three weekends in four, when the business is at its busiest.
