On top of a realistic on-target-earnings of £88,000 up to £96,000, benefits include private healthcare, contributory pension, free golf and 50% off food Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and inspire your leadership team and front-line staff to deliver an amazing customer experience and give the members and guests a sense of belonging. Develop and deliver the business plan to drive golf membership, green fees, yield and revenues from food and beverage and events. Full financial accountability; profit and loss, income, expenditure and costings of events. Ensure the property, course and grounds are well maintained, clean and safe at all times. Person Specification: Have a passion for playing or watching golf. Highly personable and professional with a passion for hospitality and delivering great customer experience.
