General Manager- Chorley Circa £32,000, £42,000-£45,000 O.T.E. We are looking for a General Manager to manage an incredible 5000-private members health and fitness club near Chorley, Lancashire with the latest group exercise and gym fitness innovations and cool, friendly vibe. Our client is an independent fitness operator expanding its footprint in the Northwest and with more clubs on the horizon, it is an exciting time to join them and advance your career. Key Responsibilities: Inspire, coach, develop and drive an Assistant Manager, Duty Managers personal trainers, and free-lancers, creating a harmonious, fun, hard-working and customer focused environment. Drive new member sales with regular social media activity and outreach campaigns to generate leads. Take responsibility for health and safety, cleaning and maintenance for the club to ensure the highest standards are always maintained. Manage the diverse and innovative fitness product offering including personal training and group exercise. Oversee the club’s budget. Ensure customers have fantastic customer experience to aid retention. Be visually present during peak times. Support with the growth of the wider business.
