Deputy Restaurant Manager £50,000 OTE Berkshire Our client is one of England's most iconic 5-star country house hotels, set in 240 acres of picturesque parkland on the borders of Windsor Great Park, blending the warmth and comfort of a traditional country house hotel with an eccentric spirit.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of a high-quality restaurant within a luxury hospitality environment.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold outstanding service standards, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Assist with team training, coaching, and development to encourage continuous improvement.

Maintain excellent knowledge of the food and beverage offering, including wines, to confidently guide guests and support the team.

Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, recognising returning guests and helping to celebrate special occasions.

Monitor service standards and ensure efficient restaurant operations during service.

Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, respect, and excellence.

About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading by example.

You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Good food and wine knowledge.

A proactive approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to maintaining high standards in every aspect of the guest experience.
