Chief Commercial Officer Leading Fitness Brand Zagreb €80,000 base 35% bonus Car LTIP An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join a leading fitness brand based in Croatia at a pivotal stage of further growth and expansion. This is a Board-level role with significant influence, responsible for shaping and delivering the company's commercial strategy. As CCO, you will drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and lead customer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence and member satisfaction. You will need to be working at a Senior level within the global fitness industry at Director Level. Whilst speaking Croatian is ideal, it is not essential but you will need to be based in Zagreb and be willing to commit to a long-term project.
