We are looking for a senior therapist who is looking to take on their first spa management position in a luxury 8-treatment-room spa within a leading hotel group property near Dundee. You will be leading a team of 7 therapists including a head therapist with the opportunity to increase occupancy and optimise revenue whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will:
- Oversee the full spa operation and guest experience
- Maximise therapist utilisation and diary efficiency to boost yield and profitability
- Maintain exceptional five-star service standards
- Lead, inspire, train and develop the spa team
- Deliver treatments when required to support peak periods or absence
- Drive occupancy and proactively fill last-minute availability
- Manage rotas (5 days over 7 including weekends)
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- 1 year's senior therapist experience within a quality-led environment
- Are NVQ Level 3 or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) qualified
- Confident and professional in delivering Elemis treatments
- Commercially focused with strong revenue awareness
In addition to a basic salary of 35-38K, there is retail commission for meeting targets, 28 days holiday rising to 33 with length of service, meals provided whilst on duty along with discounted hotel stays.
