Head of Sales - Country Club Cambridgeshire £50,000 OTE

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy for one of Cambridgeshire's premier private country clubs.

Set within stunning surroundings, our exclusive country club offers an award-winning championship golf course, a state-of-the-art health club, luxury spa facilities, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, together with an elegant restaurant, bar, and exceptional event spaces for weddings, conferences, and private functions.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building lasting partnerships, and driving revenue across multiple business streams.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering an integrated sales strategy that maximises memberships, events, and commercial opportunities while working collaboratively with departmental leaders to deliver an outstanding member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
