You'll inspire and develop a large team, create a positive and engaging culture, and ensure every customer leaves having had a fantastic experience.

What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate: At least five years' experience as a hands-on General Manager within a fast-paced leisure, hospitality or retail business with turnover exceeding £2 million.

A proven track record of driving sales, profitability and operational performance.

Experience managing a business with a significant hospitality or food & beverage operation.

A passion for developing people, with experience leading, coaching and inspiring teams of around 40 colleagues.

Positive, energetic and compassionate leadership that creates an engaged, high-performing culture.

Strong commercial awareness, including extensive P&L ownership and budget management.

A relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding guest satisfaction and NPS scores.

Flexibility to work shifts, including three weekends out of every four.
