The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking to recruit a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the GM and run a well-established and very successful leisure/entertainment venue in Norwich. You will work hand-in-hand with the General Manager, setting the standard, motivating your team, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
  • Keep operations running smoothly
  • Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be
  • Drive multiple revenue streams including admissions, food and beverage and exclusive hire
  • Exciting Project Work that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the venue, your fresh ideas and contributions will be valued
  • Work duty management shifts and a minimum of 1 weekend in 2
  • Deputise for the General Manager

Ideal candidate backgrounds will have:

  • Leadership Experience – proven ability to motivate, support and guide a team in a customer focused high footfall leisure, hospitality or retail business
  • A front of house approach and a Hands-On Attitude – willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Operational Know-How – experience overseeing daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

In addition to a competitive basic salary of £32 -£35K dependent on experience, there are excellent benefits package. There are also excellent opportunities to develop your career as the business continues to expand throughout the country. Interviews are immediately available.
