Job Description: I am looking for an area sales manager to work for a leading fitness operator based in and around Cumbria and to cover a territory that includes all of Lake Counties and Cumbria. You will be responsible for the commercial performance across 6 centres, leading and supporting the sales and FOH teams to deliver membership growth in fitness and swim lesson sales. Key responsibilities include: To meet and exceed monthly area sales targets and KPIs. Ensure each site has a robust monthly sales plan to meet their targets and are well resourced to deliver them. Coach, support, develop and inspire a team of sales consultants to realise their full potential Regularly review view individual and site performance, identify performance gaps
