As General Manager, you will
- Lead the day-to-day operation and performance of Windsor Leisure Centre.
- Inspire, motivate and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
- Drive financial performance, income generation and commercial growth.
- Champion excellent customer service, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Build strong relationships with local schools, clubs and community partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve services, increase participation and make a lasting impact.
We're looking for a confident, proactive and customer-focused leader
with experience managing teams, budgets, operational performance and health and safety in a busy, customer-facing environment. Experience managing leisure pool facilities is essential.
